My son's hoverboard started playing up after a few weeks, so I emailed hoverboards.co.uk thinking I’d probably be waiting ages and have to chase them, but they got back to me the same day, explained the warranty side in plain English, sent the return label over, and basically made the whole thing feel way less stressful than I’d expected.

The return was really straightforward and they sorted the repair quicker than I thought they would. No awkward excuses, no trying to blame us for it, just decent customer service and a helpful team, so I’m really happy with how it all turned out.

I got my hoverboard from hoverboards.co.uk and overall it’s been decent. It rides nice and smooth on flat paths, which is great, but it does struggle a little when you hit small bumps. The battery is okay, but I expected it to last longer, feels like I’m charging it more often than I’d like. Not a bad buy at all, just wish it had a bit more power for the price 🙂

Well... I’d say it’s worth the money. For what you get, the price feels fair.

I ordered it on Monday and it was already at my door by Wednesday, which made the whole experience feel great. Since it just arrived so quickly and with zero hassle, I’m happy with it right now.

I reached out because I was kind of in a hurry and didn’t have time to figure it out myself. They replied really fast and helped me get it sorted without any hassle.

My first impression when the hoverboard arrived from Hoverboard was that it felt much sturdier than I expected. It didn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel at all, and once my son got on it, it handled our uneven paving surprisingly well.
He’s been using it loads over the last few weeks, and the battery is still holding up nicely. It’s had a couple of bumps already too, but there haven’t been any issues, so overall I’m really happy with it and it seems like it should last.
